Gluten-free brewing day!
A pumpkin ale and a red ale, both extracts, and both with sorghum syrup as the base... since we're doing 2 two-gallon batches, we have two boil kettles going on. Both recipes have complicated boil schedules, with hops and adjuncts galore, so a complicated schedule for additions... and roast pumpkin!
