Decided to give my white IPA a taste today, and see if it is done carbonating. Looks lovely, nice and pale blonde, not too clear, since it has wheat in it, but not full-on cloudy like a Hefeweizen. The head (despite a vigorous pour) was still a bit fragile, so I'll age it a bit more before crashing the bottles.

The taste is very IPA, but with definite notes from the wheat and the Belgian yeast. Quite nice, actually.

I'm considering other names, such as Snowmaggedon or Snowpacalypse... Thoughts?
