The beer is looking fine, and pretty clear:
I'm out of 22-ounce bottles, so I'm doubling up on 12-ouncers, which means a lot of bottles to sanitize...
For back-carbonation, I use (organic) dry malt extract as the priming sugar. It's a pain to dissolve, and messy to use, but it is closest to the sugars to which the yeasts are accustomed.
To sanitize the bottle caps, one cannot use boiling water, so I use cheap vodka! Thank goodness for Russian potatoes?
