Hard Apple Cider

Making hard apple cider (Jujie helping). Small batches (1g ea), experimenting with 4 different yeasts (and keeping all other variables the same). My first time making cider, but it's super-super easy (compared to brewing beer), just dump, pitch and wait for the rhino farts. Oh and then wait a month... :-/

Too bad I don't like hard apple cider, but I'm sure I'll be able to give it away... Who knows, maybe I'll like my own batch?

I'm going to get back into beer brewing, kinda miss it, and I like the end product! Last time I brewed was when I was living in SF, say 20 years ago. Dragon Breath Pale Ale, yum! And much shorter fermentation time, too...
