I'm brewing a hazy/juicy IPA, and just racked to secondary, so I'm left with the used-up hop sock that was in there during active fermentation (part of the magic behind the haze). Wow, does it smell heavenly! I emptied the hop sock into a little trash bag, intending to throw it away, but I can't bring myself to close it up, because it smells so good.
So now I have an air freshener for my brewing space...
