It's mead bottling day today. My latest batch of mead has been doing its thing for 2 months, and is nice and clear, so time to bottle.

Out of two 1-gallon batches, I was only able to actually bottle ten 16-ounce bottles, which is basically 1.25 gallons. Still, that'll do nicely.

It smells wonderful in our kitchen right now...
