My first batch of beer in 20 years. Made a few mistakes, and some new equipment and ingredients, so we shall see if it come out alright in the end...
I'll leave the krausen blow-off hose in place until the first flurry of yeast activity subsides, then put an smaller airlock in place. Then a week or so, and I'll be ready to bottle (no secondary fermentation for me)...
